Momentum is an independent, locally owned outpatient physical rehabilitation facility providing physical therapy services. Our therapists are licensed, experienced, and highly trained in the latest and most effective treatments available. They attend numerous continuing education courses and conferences throughout the year, as well as frequent in house educational in-services. Our patients receive the gentle one-on-one care they need from the same expert therapy team each visit.
